This is Bizarro. It used to be called Superman: Ride of Steel until 2009 when they painted it purple and added fire, lights, and fog effects. Bizarro is located at Six Flags: New England. It is an awesome ride that my cellphone and I had been on many times in the past. Unfortunately, this time something different happened.
My naughty cellphone somehow escaped the confines on my pocket (even though it was underneath the seatbelt, and Bizarro does not go upside-down)!
I noticed it was gone as soon as I exited the train. Adam and I were sent to guest relations to fill out a Lost and Found report. We waited until after the park closed and everyone left. The ride operators searched for my phone while we continuously called it from Adam's phone. No luck. They were unable to recover the phone. It rained that night, and all my hopes for getting my phone back were lost. :(
But this week, something amazing happened! A very lumpy envelope arrived at my house from SFNE. It was my phone! It is completely functional and the only damage I have noticed is a tiny scuff mark on the side of the blue case. There aren't even scratches on the screen! Yay! :-)

Hmmm...maybe you lost it before or after the actual ride...because if that thing fell off of a roller coaster I think it might have actually exploded or something!
ReplyDeleteWell it was definitely in my pocket when the car was going up the hill and wasn't when I stepped out of the train. My dad thinks it probably got wedged somewhere in the car (like between the seats or something) or fell between the platform and the rails when I got out and was sitting under the ride platform for a couple of weeks.
