Yes, I washed my CATS. They were not thrilled, but it had to be done. They were walking fleabags.
I enlisted the help of two of my friends and managed to wash both my cats with no permanent injuries! My mother and I had bought some Name Brand flea and tick killing medicine and after thoroughly washed and dried, it was applied to both cats.
Unlike most flea medicines that will only kill the fleas if they bite your pet, this particular brand kills them just by having them touch my kitties' fur/skin! My cats are now walking anti-flea and anti-tick MACHINES! Muahaha.
Oh, and they are very glad they are allowed to sleep on my bed again. :)
I hope it worked! Having fleas in the house is pretty miserable!
ReplyDeleteI hope that cleaning frenzy got rid of them all! When I had a flea infestation it took weeks of debugging to get rid of them all!
ReplyDeleteThey are still scratching, but not nearly as much as before. Also, I'm hoping it is just because the bites they already had are still itchy.
